Rosa Mystica Mystery School was founded by Diana DuBrow and Elayne Kalila Doughty in 2019, weaving their spiritual and blood lineages together, after a deeply mystical experience they shared in Avalon (2017).
In that sacred moment of remembrance, Elayne and Diana took a vow to reignite the lineages of the Scent Priestess, taking the chrism and the art of anointing into modern-day times.

Stories from Sisters on the Scent Priestess Path
The journey towards certification as a holy anointer brought me face to face with all the ways that love was blocked from living inside of me, creating chronic pain.
I learned to let the liquid light of the holy oils, caress, soften and open the blockages, eventually allowing my heart wings to spread more fully open, embracing my humanity, its gloriousness and its messiness.
I have always loved oils and have been working with them as an accredited aromatherapist for 25 years.
I love anointing people and that gift has helped me aid in the healing of my family and others. It’s a gift to be able to offer such a wonderful heart and body healing and I am grateful for the integration of the plants with their spirits.
I have been passionate about essential oils for over 30 years, even traveling to Provence, France to study with Dr. Daniel Penoel. Most of the wonderful benefits were of a physical and psychological nature.
I have been profoundly changed by interacting with these blends for the past four years, steadily becoming more true to myself at every level. I am personally empowered by having these phenomenal tools to help people navigate huge life transitions, including death.
My choice to become a certified Scent Priestess…
has provided the pathway to share the wisdoms and ancient teachings, of long forgotten sacred technologies with today’s world.
This is my 3rd year, and I am continually freeing myself of many learned and conditioned behaviours that have kept me in pain and small in my life.
Priestess Presence, the exceptional mentors and support team, the information both in quality and quantity are of the highest standard of any company, organization or educational institute that I have ever connected with. These are my people, my lifetime sisters, my tribe and my heart.
Achieving certification as a scent priestess and approaching ordination has been an unexpected delight in my life!
I could never have imagined that my dreams would steer me towards this path. And yet, this was the path of becoming all along. This experience has been one of remembering and awakening. I’ve always sensed a mysterious current deep within me. I believe we all possess this potential power.
Rosa Mystica has transformed my life into pure gold.
The Sacred Art of Anointing has blossomed my remembrance of the potency of who I am, who I have been and who I am becoming; woven from the first woman who ever was along the sacred red thread. Anointing is my absolute favourite offering to share. The potency of the laying on of my hands of anyone anywhere has increased ten thousand fold. I am making soul sister bonds that have and will span across lifetimes.
Working with the arts of the scent priestess awakened me powerfully to the truth of who I am here to be on earth.
The oils opened my psychic senses wide, and where once upon a time I thought I was psychically very dull, I became able to know, feel, and understand energy intimately, receiving visions as I lay hands on people and knowing exactly what needs to be done to move the energy.
The scent priestess certification has changed my life by reconnecting me to the art of anointing and my soul’s remembrances.
My whole life up until this training I had been seeking something that was an echo of a remembrance but I wasn’t sure if it truly existed. I craved a way of loving, holding, and connecting with others that felt so much larger than myself.
Becoming a certified Scent Priestess has reconnected me to the ancient lineages of priestesses that I carry in my soul and in my DNA.
Remembering who I truly am has transformed me from feeling like a misfit into walking as a goddess! Bringing the high frequencies of the anointing oils into my life as a spiritual practice has helped me clear old wounds and embrace my shadows.
This was a deeply powerful process to be in devotion to the utter beauty of one’s body and energy.
It was a remembrance of blessing others through touch, unconditional love, and scent. This has penetrated every cell of my being and has supported me in catalyzing my healing, as well as being profoundly present for others — no matter how challenging the circumstances may be that they find themselves.
Becoming a certified scent anointing priestess has required that I step into a larger field of love.
Self-love, divine love, and universal love as she lands as truth in my being has become the most powerful road to healing that I have encountered after nearly 25 years of studying healing! This is truly the most personally alchemizing work I have ever experienced; the gift it brings to those who seek this particular healing is truly sacred and up till this point extremely rare.
PRACTITIONERS TRACK
CERTIFIED SCENT PRIEST/ESS
Our Certified Scent Priest/esses have received training in the protocol of the ancient Myrrhophres Scent Priestessing and have offered anointings as a rite of passage to others in the traditions of the Egyptian Myrrophore pantheon and the Magdalene as a Myrrh-bearer in the Essene tradition. (She was considered a Chèvre Kaddisha, a priestess who is a myrrh bearer, washing and anointing the body.)
Unless they’re also ordained, they will not teach or transmit the works of the Rosa Mystica Mystery School or the Scent Priestess protocols.
ORDAINED SCENT PRIEST/ESS
Our Ordained Scent Priest/esses have successfully completed an apprenticeship: a 3-year protocol of advanced study.
This brings them through all the skills and practices that train them to embody ancient temple rituals as modern-day priestesses.
This involves the development of a wide range of sacred technologies such as: how to set the frequency of temple; how to create a beauty field; use of blessing bowls; how to work with high-frequency holy oils; the laying on of hands; sound healing; gemstone luminaries; crystal grid work; cleansing and purifying space; and clearing and discharging energy.
Apprentices receive a deep level of mentorship and supervision from Diana and Elayne Kalila so they can mentor and support the wider sisterhood of the Rosa Mystica Mystery School.
To become a Daughter of Devotion, the apprentice must demonstrate the presence and depth of soul development to hold the frequency of the Rosa Mystica lineage. Additionally, apprentices have received their full certification as Scent Priestesses. They are qualified as Sacred Celebrants, Grief Walkers, and Myrrhophores, offering extensive rites of passage from birth to death and rebirth.
As lineage bearers, they have the opportunity to join us as faculty inside the Rosa Mystica Mystery School and to teach/transmit the work

Amanda Starshine is and apprenticing focalizer and priestess of the 13 moon mystery school. She is a medium, mystic and practicing medicine woman. Starshine works in the mundane world of western medicine and the world beyond the veils. She is a blend of science and magic and can bridge the gap between those two worlds.

Dee is entering her fourth year in Rosa Mystica and beginning the second year of her three year apprenticeship. She is a Scent Priestess, a Temple Keeper of Elemi on the Rosa Mystica Path. Elemi helps increase one’s ability to walk in and bridge both worlds, the 3d and 5d. Elemi is keeper of the Mystical Dreamtime and Dee is a Priestess of deep dreaming.

She runs Rockstar Priestess, an inspirational website devoted to all things priestess, and hosts temple circles, red tents, ceremonies, and retreats locally and nationally.
