It has made all the difference in the world to me. Not only has it improved my relationships and how I relate to others but it has improved my relationship with myself.
I have always been a person who prides themselves on knowledge but this study is the study of what’s keeping you from knowing who you really are- in authenticity and whom others are.
The world appears different to me, I know myself without the mask of whom others want me to be or the roles I play. I am free and empowered. It’s like being Neo from the matrix and the world has become clear- I move though it in an empowered way- I see things more clearly. I have become more authentically me without the baggage of fear. It has changed not only my life but of those I love.
