Priestess Presence

Rebecca Cavender

As someone who doesn’t fit into regular societal norms – or at least felt like I didn’t – this was huge … to come home to a sense of belonging in my body and on our planet.

In preparation for my ordination, I experienced multiple rites of passage, and mine had to do with shedding body shame and past abuse. This is a challenging one for so many women to hold. The liberation of this has catapulted my ability to truly honor myself and all beings with much more reverence and love.

Ordination itself was just the beginning, not the “end” of training with a rubber stamp; far from it. It feels that now, I’m called to step even more fully into alignment with my soul’s purpose and vocation.

I’ll forever be grateful and in deep humility for this work.
