Your Focalizers
We’re honored to train women who are called to become lineage bearers of the 13 Moon Mystery School work, which ETM is part of.
The Focalizer Apprentices co-create, along with the primary focalizer, the second (deepening) live temple each month, as this is part of their practicum. Apprentices serve in devotion during online temples and in-person initiatory retreats, developing specific skills to ground and transmit the 13 Moon™ teachings.
Our Focalizer Apprentices have petitioned to experience rigorous mentorship with Elayne Kalila so they can become Focalizers. To petition as an apprentice, one must have completed at least 3 years of training within the 13 Moon Mystery School™; and, if not already ordained, in preparation to become ordained.
Apprenticeship is an individual, deep commitment.

The Mentors & Faculty
We’re so happy to offer archetypal mentors and faculty in Enter the Mystery.
Everyone who is joining Enter the Mystery for the first year will have a mentor. All mentors have gone through our Ritual Certification to become temple guides & ceremonial leaders. Mentors receive monthly support from a mentor & sisterhood with each other.
Faculty have either created their own curriculum for advanced study (only if ordained) or they mentor a year 2+ elective that was previously created by Elayne Kalila and/or others. Faculty receive monthly support from Elayne Kalila & sisterhood with each other.
