As sisters in ETM, everyone has the right to be here.
We are part of an alchemical space in which everything and everyone is interconnected and each person sits on their throne of sovereignty.
To maintain the integrity of an alchemical container, together, we stand for:
Confidentiality
Everything shared in this temple is confidential. We agree to not share anothers experience without their direct permission.
Empty Presence
Everything shared in this temple is confidential. We agree to not share anothers experience without their direct permission.
Speaking From the Womb of Silence
Allowing the mind to quiet so that the voice of the energetic womb-mind and heart-mind can be heard and spoken. This is a willingness to feel and hear the difference between these different voices of wisdom held within you.
Sacred Witness
This means we do not need to fix, change, or advise anyone in their time of transformation or challenge. Unless specifically asked for advice and deeper insights/patterns/reflections to be shared, please witness instead. This is an empowering act which encourages each person to listen to their inner wisdom guidance.
Contemplation
Contemplation of your shadow (nigredo) of whatever triggers you and where it may be rooted.
If Triggered:
- Slow down. Breathe. Notice what is triggering you.
- Honour
- Embrace and honor it, with unconditional love. This is simply part of our humanity.
Projection
See the possible projection. Use discernment. Are you standing as a mirror to something or projecting?

Bring it to your mentoring circle or to another ETM member you trust.
Finding the Center Point
This means holding your shadow (the parts of you that are hidden from you) as it arises into consciousness, in unconditional love, without shame. This is part of our humanity. When we find our center, we simultaneously hold, with compassion, our small story and our mythic story (the bigger opportunity presented to us in our daily challenges).
Life is the Initiation
Be willing to see everything that shows up in your life as an opportunity to come to deeper levels of awareness, self-knowledge, evolution, and transformation into embodying love.
Self-Authority
You do not need to ask permission from anyone in this circle; we are a circle of equals. Please feel this in your heart. You KNOW what is true for you. Do not partake in any practice that does not feel in alignment with your deeper knowing or calling. You are your safety, you are your keeper.
Self-Responsibility
Knowing you are responsible for your presence, energy, words. They have an impact. Whatever you bring into the group impacts the whole, as we are interconnected. Contemplate: What is the impact of what you are sharing? What is the intention behind my words and actions?
Going Distance
With the initiation with each other. Youll get out of it what you put into it. Dive in with us!
